(Omaha, Neb.)-UNO kicks off its second Wear Black Give Back 24-hour event where YOU can choose among many university organizations to share your hard-earned greenbacks. Every single cent given to MavRadio.FM and the Women in Media organization goes directly to help our students. From equipment updates, software programs to research and writing, our dedicated volunteers are given more opportunity to serve our community better.
We’ll begin the Giving Day with a live broadcast from the UNO-TV studios at 11:30 a.m. Oct. 13. Watch us on our our Facebook page or Wear Black Give Back, where you can learn about and give to the club or organization of your choice. Our talented on-air staff will also give updates live on MavRadio.FM.
